Minimum education S1 all the majors
Having at least 3 years experience as Head of Micro Unit at the Bank or non-bank financial institutions.
Mastering Jakarta and surrounding areas
Able to motivate the team below
Has good Leadership skills
Ability to work independently and within teams
Communicative, proactive and have high initiative
