Responsibilities:
- Generate and increase new business production in accordance with the Line of Business who has been determined
- Monitor and analyze product markets to develop business production
- Maintaining the number of production companies
- Monitor and maintain smooth production with customer
- Working closely with Marketing Team in improving the performance of work teams
Requirements:
- Male / Female, age maximum 34 years
- Education minimum D3 all departments
- GPA minimum 2.75 (scale 4)
- More preferably have at least 1 year experience in their field
- Able to speak English oral and written
- Understanding Insurance
- Customer Service Orientation competencies, Interpersonal Skills, and Relationship Building good.
- Honest & able to work hard in a team or individually
