RCM Engineer
Location: Cilacap

Scope of works:
  1. The main function of RCM engineer is monitoring the performance of critical equipment in terms of availability, reliability and cost, and the elimination of recurring failures in a systematic and sustainable way.
  2. Your tasks will include: Reliability analysis and structural problem solving:
  3. Monitoring plant/equipment reliability and availability
  4. Initiation of corrective actions to prevent critical failures
  5. Leading reviews of (recurring) process and equipment failures, using structured problem solving techniques
  6. Facilitate RCM analysis for critical equipment
  7. Initiate, maintain & updating Failure Mode Effect Analysis documents
  8. Facilitation of meetings related to the above
  9. Collating and analyzing data from the operation database and various maintenance management systems
  10. Monitoring of effectiveness of current Maintenance Strategies, based on reliability expertise and reliability characteristics, modes and risks of failure
  11. Organizing and facilitating the review of the preventative maintenance plan, including spares optimization

  • Education : S1 in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
  • Experience : Minimum requirement is 3-5 years in maintenance with a good understanding of reliability and maintenance engineering in the manufacturing industry and broad knowledge of equipment dominant failures are essential
  • Computer literacy: Strong in IT data mining and processing of data and fluent in MS Office tools, and preferably in Computerized, Maintenance Management Systems, such as SAP-PM
  • Language: Good command in English both oral & written
  • Other qualification / skills: Excellent communicator & facilitating skill
  • Good knowledge in cement manufacturing process & equipment
  • Excellence problem solving skills (RCA & FMEA)
  • Good Knowledge in project management
  • Certified RCM facilitator are preferable

Hydraulic & Lube Team Leader
Location: Cilacap

Scope of works:
  1. Hydraulic & Lube Team Leader has responsibility to manage hydraulic team in regard of maintaining all hydraulic-pneumatic equipments in the plant with reliability at lowest sustainable cost, and also has responsibility to manage lubrication team to conduct all activities related with change and topping up lubricants for all equipment in the plant in order to maintain adequate lubricants of equipments during operation to achieve high availability

  • Education : Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferably S1
  • Experience : Minimum 1 years in current position, Have 3-5 years experience in cement plant maintenance or in other manufacturing / operation plant Hand on experience in hydraulic-pneumatic maintenance heavy industries,
  • Experience in hydraulic-pneumatic maintenance heavy industries
  • Computer literacy: Computer literacy : Microsoft Office, SAP User
  • Language: Good command in English both oral & written
  • Other qualification / skills: Has depth knowledge of hydraulic scheme, various hydraulic valves, hydraulic pumps and has skill to troubleshoot hydraulic-pneumatic component such as; solenoid, valve, proportional valve, control valve, variable pump, pressure switch, flow control, PLC, etc
  • Has skill how to maintain the hydraulic-pneumatic equipments in detail
  • Know in depth the specification and principle all of critical / main machines in cement plant
  • Have knowledge of oil specification (Physical & chemical composition)
  • Good leadership capability

CCF (Customer Care Frontliner)
Location: Bogor

Scope of works:
  1. To assist, supervise, monitoring and give information to customer that enhance and promote excellent and consistent customer experience by identifying and analysing various types of consumer behaviours in order to ensure and guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty to Holcim Indonesia’s products, services and brands.

  • Education : Bachelor degree : Communication/PR from reputable university
  • Experience : At least 1 in Customer Service or Call Center
  • Has experience in Hospitality industries, Airlines, Telco or Banking
  • Has an excellence communication skill
  • Able to complaint handling
  • Team player person and enjoy teamwork
  • Willing to work shift
  • Computer literacy: MS Office and Call Center applications would be an advantage
  • Language: Good communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
