Process Improvement & Change Management Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  • Identify current organizational readiness stage and develop programs to prepare the organization in implementing performance management system and business improvement initiatives
  • Evaluate current system, operating procedures and provide recommendations based on the findings to smoothen the implementation
  • Provide inputs on business process improvement projects with aspire of producing value, improving or maximizing the growth of organization’s business performance.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities by providing recommendations, implementing solutions, and facilitating the change process
  • Carry out research, collect data, and conduct analysis on various business / operational issues
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops on business process improvement

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and / or management related field
  • At least 5 years working experiences as management consultant in a consulting firm or big organization, especially in the areas of organizational development, performance management system, business improvement projects and change management
  • Having a business acumen and determination to get the job done
  • Good knowledge in business process management
  • Self-motivated and disciplined individual with strong analytical skills
  • Must have strong interpersonal and coordination skills

Organization Development

Responsibilities:
  • Develop training need analysis and conduct various training program to increase employee competencies and productivity.
  • Analyze and design organization development system and infrastructure that enhance organization effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/ Human Resources Management, or Engineering field
  • At least six (6) years hands in similar role
  • Having experience in handling Organization Development such as Organization Design, Job Analysis, Job Grading, Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits and Balance Scorecard
  • Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills

Recruitment Supervisor
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  • Execute day to day activities of Recruitment, Selection and also Assessment.
  • Prepare and create reports related to Recruitment, Selection Assessment activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology, having Psychologist license is a plus
  • Male preferred
  • Min 5-8 years experience in mass recruitment for experienced hired and or campus recruitment
  • Mastering of psychological testing tools
  • Strong knowledge in developing Candidate Selection Process
  • Willingness to travel extensively is a must
