* Performance of Voice Services which include: dense network usage (congestion), voice quality, voice stability, accessibility votes
* SMS and MMS: delivery performance
* Develop a process for continuous improvement of performance of services provided
* Determining the optimal service and point configuration to provide the best performance
* Improve network services; Implement a new process from upstream to downstream for voice and messaging services
* Process changes to the organization's human resource programs and policies in accordance with these guidelines so That Implemented programs are accurately and fairly
Job Requirements
* Flexible, dynamic, process-oriented, multi-cultural knowledge is good, good interpersonal skills, customer oriented
* Has a broad view of the CS network elements, the way integration and support services: a process-oriented and Customer
* Able to speak English well
* Minimum S1 Engineering (majoring in telecommunications or electronic)
