REGIONAL RECRUITMENT MANAGER
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Organizing & hands on recruitment team and its activities for regional / province
* Identified and collaborating with recruitment channel to Provide the best fit candidate (University, School, Manpower Office, Vendor ect)
* Coordinating with business users to Finalize in selecting and targeting candidate
Requirement
* Having at least 4 (Four) years experience in recruitment with at least2 (Two) years in managing the recruitment team (experience in handling massive recruitment is preferable)
* Graduate degree in Psychology is preferable
* Male / Female with max 35 years old
* Willing to mobile across the province
* Willing stationedly be placed in East Java, Jakarta, Bandung and Surabaya
IT AUDITOR
Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist the IT Audit Team Leader of the audit in accordance with program and audit procedures established
* Responsible in the preparation of the audit, the audit on-site and analyze audit findings and make recommendations quality.
* Perform the preparation of draft audit reports, recommendations and working papers in accordance with the standards set.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3-5 Years experience in IT auditing from public accounting firm or bank.
2. S1 education with the education that comes from Information Engineering, Information Systems and Computerized Accounting.
3. Preferably a certified IT auditor as: CISA
4. Having a good knowledge of IT PROCESS, IT Security & Governance and Risk Management Bank
5. Has good power analysis yan
6. Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion power of good
AUDITOR IT TEAM LEADER
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Create and formulate a program of work / IT internal audit procedures.
* Responsible for the implementation of IT audit activities ranging from planning the audit, coordinate and supervise the audit team, conduct the evaluation process by submitting the results of the audit until the audit.
* Ensuring the audit report, the Review of working papers meet appropriate quality standards have been set.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years experience in IT audit of the Office of Public Accounting / Banking.
* Education S1 with the education that comes from the Technical Informatics, Information Systems and Computerized Accounting.
* Have a certified IT auditors as: CISA.
* Good knowledge of IT processes, IT Security & Governance and Risk Management Bank.
* Have a good analysis.
* Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion power of good.
* Has the ability to leading and good project management.
* Have the ability to supervise and motivate a work team.
